Clownpiece in Legacy of Lunatic Kingdom Fairy hell.

 

 Clownpiece ( クラウンピース Kuraunpīsu ) is a fairy of hell .

Clownpiece appeared as the Stage 5 Boss Legacy of Lunatic Kingdom it is similar to bulbs, nymphs serving the goddess Hecate, the base Hecatia. Lamps follow Hecate on their overnight trips and carry torches that have the power to drive someone crazy, like Clownpiece. His garment is a leggings and a shirt with a pattern similar to the American flag. As she resembles a jester, she has a frilled collar and a hat, silly polka-dotted purple cut. She has long hair, blond and pink eyes. It also has a pair of fairy wings and carries a torch.
  As a resident of hell, it is not really American. The default spangled stars in their clothes is a deliberate provocation to Lunarians due to its association with the Apollo project.
